Description
CNC spot welder also called computer numerical control multi-axis spot welder. It consists of CNC control system, servo system, frame structure, AC welding transformer or DC welding transformer, water-cooled welding cable, spot welding electrodes and so on.
Specially for the CNC control system, Real-time control of high speed (the highest speed shift speeds of up to 30 m / min, the highest feed interpolation speed can reach 15 m / min), high precision; the use of 800x600 dot matrix TFT LCD adaptive brightness LCD display, LED backlight brightness uniformity and long service life, and overcomes the display brightness by environmental temperature changes the shortcoming. Full screen English menu display, operation is simple and convenient.
Main Features:
1. CNC spot welder are two types of Welding Power Source: AC Spot Welding or Medium Frequency inverter DC spot welding;
2. This CNC system is based on two or three, four axis linkage, closed-loop control universal fully digital control system, powerful function and many instructions, programming code accords with ISO international code standard. Direct control of AC servo, choosing the dual channel AC servo driver which is high price ratio.
