Stainless steel powder filter material (Including tube and plate), using 316L powder as raw material, after screening, forming, and sintering into a microfilter element. According to customers' requirements, we can produce various shapes, structures, different granularity, and porosity porous components, such as cover, cap, piece, pipe, and rod filter element. Stainless steel powder filter material is a new filter material with wide development prospects.




Stainless Steel Powder Filter Material's Main Performances:



High-temperature resistance.



High filtration accuracy, and pore stability, can effectively remove suspended matter and particles, excellent filtration accuracy, and good purification effect.  



Good air permeability, and small pressure loss.  High porosity factor, uniform pore size, small initial resistance, easy to blowback, online regeneration, easy to clean, strong regeneration ability, long service life.  



Uniform porosity, is especially suitable for fluid distribution, homogenization treatment, and other occasions requiring high uniformity.  



Filtration accuracy: 1~50μm.



No particles fall off, do not make the original liquid for secondary pollution.

Good corrosion resistance can be in nitric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, phosphoric acid, 5% hydrochloric acid, molten sodium, liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, acetylene, water vapor, hydrogen, carbon dioxide gas, and another environment stable use.

Cleaning methods:  



According to the pollution and chemical properties of the pollutants and the physical and chemical properties of the stainless steel, the regeneration and cleaning of the stainless steel powder sintered filter element can be carried out by physical and chemical methods respectively.  



The physical method mainly adopts clean liquid recoil, clean gas back blowing, and ultrasonic cleaning methods.  Chemical methods: dilute acid, dilute alkali, oxidant, surfactant, enzyme, and other cleaning agents.  The above methods can also be used interchangeably.  




Cleaning methods are as follows:



1, pharmaceutical and chemical fields of carbon filtration, often use back blowing, backwashing method combined with ultrasonic cleaning effect.  



2, Water industry, because the filter surface interception is mostly water-soluble salts and oxides, generally using 5% nitric acid immersion, without ultrasonic cleaning, can achieve the cleaning effect.  



3, Raw liquid filtration, combined with the chemical properties of pollutants, respectively, using the following methods for cleaning:  



(1) alkali washing: 3-5% sodium hydroxide analysis of pure solution immersion 30-60 minutes, the temperature of about 40 degrees, in the best ultrasonic cleaning machine.  After soaking, rinse with filtered deionized water or water for injection until neutral, and measure conductivity.   



(2) pickling: soak with 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours, the temperature is about 40 degrees.  Best in the ultrasonic cleaning machine.  After soaking, rinse inside and outside with filtered deionized water or water for injection until neutral and side conductivity.  



(3) Organic pollution can be combined with surfactant cleaning, cell debris pollution system combined with an enzyme cleaning effect is ideal (food and beverage can use a high concentration of citric acid cleaning).  



(4) The above methods can be used alone or with each other alternately.  If possible, combined with ultrasonic cleaning machine effect is the best.  Note: it is necessary to back blow online frequently (online cleaning with pure compressed air or filtered raw liquid or clean water backwash), which can reduce the number of cleaning with the above method.
